Have you ever felt like the months were slipping by, yet you weren’t making progress toward your goals? Did you start the year with strong intentions, only to see them fade away? You’re definitely not alone. According to a 2023 Forbes Health/One Poll survey, the average New Year’s resolution fizzles out after just 3.74 months.

Why not approach things differently this year? This program integrates a variety of proven productivity and planning strategies to help you build a clear roadmap and achieve your goals. 

Learn from your last year and design the next

In a 90-minute coaching session, we’ll use a series of exercises and questions to review your past year, uncover critical lessons, and gain valuable insights.

You’ll assess your current situation and satisfaction across various aspects of your life. Based on these, you establish clear goals for the next 12 months, and together, we create a detailed plan to achieve them, including specific steps and an accountability system.

Six months later, we’ll have a follow-up session to evaluate your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.

How does it work?

Step 0
Workbook 

After you registered, you will  receive a Planner to download. This will be the basis for our work together.

Step 1
90-minute individual coaching call

We discuss your review of the last year, goals for the next one and create an action plan for your next 365 days.

Step 2
Mid-year check-in

Six months after our first session, we meet again for a brief, 30-minute check-up to review your progress and adjust your goals or steps, if necessary.

Step 3 (optional)
Accountability

If after the session you feel you need more support, you can join an accountability group or work with me individually.

      The program costs 75 euros that includes the fillable workbook, the 90-minute coaching session, and the 30-minute mid-year session.
