1-on-1 coaching
Coaching is fast-tracking toward your goals
Coaching is a powerful way to accelerate your progress from your current state to your desired destination.
Imagine that you are driving a car, and I sit in next to you. We evaluate the car, you as a driver, discuss the destination, study the map and navigation system, explore the optional routes. Finally, you decide and start the engine. I will be your passenger until you are sure to reach the destination.
Coaching is a similar process. You bring your career, life, or business questions and challenges, and I help you explore your current reality, analyze the situation, identify options, and make and follow through on decisions. Rather than advising or judging, I support you in finding your unique path and answers through thought-provoking questions and exercises.
In our 1-on-1 sessions, you receive my undivided attention and time. Together, we can create a personalized process that aligns with your timeline and goals.
How Coaching Works?
What kind of questions can work on?
You can bring any challenge, problem, or opportunity that you would like to work on. I helped people among others in goal-setting and developing the plan leading to it step by step, career planning and career change, change transition, decision-making process, personal development, entrepreneurship, leadership development.
How will you know that this is the right process for you?
Before starting the process, we meet for a 20-minute call to decide whether I can help you and decide on the frameworks.
What will happen in the coaching sessions?
Coaching is a process that, based on your questions, will develop, challenge, support, and empower you by using science-based questions and exercises. We are working toward your goal with a bias to action. The aim is that you finish the process with results.
