Experience from inside the music sector
I work at the intersection of artistic management, education, coaching and organizational development. I am the director of the Sonus Foundation in Budapest, manager of Tsilumos Ensemble and the SALT New Music Festival in Victoria, and general manager of the MIKAMO Central European Chamber Orchestra in Vienna.
I created the FOCUS on You program to help classical performers and composers develop their careers and artistic projects. I have also designed and delivered programs on career planning, entrepreneurship, self-management, project development and collaboration for musicians, ensembles and music students.
My approach combines coaching and design thinking with practical experience producing projects, managing organizations and working with artists across Europe and North America.
